These Website Terms set out the rules for using the euroinkasso.pl website and the electronic services provided by Egzekucja s.c. Andrzej Kraś, Ryszard Rudzki.

1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the website available at euroinkasso.pl (hereinafter: the Website) and the electronic services provided by Egzekucja spółka cywilna Ryszard Rudzki, Andrzej Kraś, with its registered office in Zielona Góra (65-602), ul. Miodowa 2b (hereinafter: the Service Provider).

Using the Website means acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • User - a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality using the Website.
  • Client - a User who has entered into an agreement with the Service Provider concerning the services provided.
  • Website - the website available at euroinkasso.pl.
  • Services - electronic services provided by the Service Provider, in particular access to the content published on the Website and the contact form.

3. Rules for using the Website

The User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, accepted standards of conduct and these Terms.

The following is prohibited:

  • taking actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Website,
  • using the Website for unlawful purposes,
  • providing false information in forms,
  • automatically downloading content from the Website without the Service Provider's consent.

4. Contact form

The Website allows enquiries to be sent via the contact form. Providing personal data, in particular an email address and the data included in the message, is voluntary, but necessary in order to reply to the enquiry.

5. Intellectual property

All content published on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, photographs, website layout and software, is owned by the Service Provider or entities with whom the Service Provider has entered into relevant agreements and is protected by copyright and industrial property law.

Copying, distributing, modifying or using the content of the Website without the Service Provider's written consent is prohibited.

6. Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the Website is current and accurate. The content published on the Website is for information purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

  • temporary unavailability of the Website caused by technical work, failures or force majeure,
  • damage resulting from the use of the Website in a manner contrary to these Terms,
  • content submitted by Users, in particular through forms and messages,
  • actions of third parties, including hacking attacks and other events beyond the Service Provider's control.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website or electronic services may be submitted by email to euroinkasso@euroinkasso.pl or by post to: Egzekucja s.c. Andrzej Kraś, Ryszard Rudzki, ul. Miodowa 2B, 65-602 Zielona Góra, Poland.

A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details enabling a response to be given. The Service Provider will consider complaints within 14 business days.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of any changes by publication of the new version of the Terms on the Website.

Using the Website after the amended Terms have entered into force means acceptance of those changes.

9. Final provisions

In matters not governed by these Terms, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under generally applicable law.

These Terms enter into force on the date of publication on the Website.
